    Pathetic Experience

    I bough a shirt in medium which doesn’t fit me well so I asked for an exchange. The response time taken by your customer representative has been awful. I demanded an exchange of size from them and this has ruin my eid festivals. They have 15-20 days for exchange but their non serious attitude has left me disappointed. I demand you to take an action against your customer representative and exchange my parcel or I would be going to all my social media influencer circle to take a note of Groovy services.
