Can we return/exchange our products?

All items* bought from GROOVY® can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase using the following method:

All you need to do is fill out a quick Google Form with your details so we can prepare your exchange parcel accordingly.

Exchange Process: Once you submit the form, we’ll dispatch your replacement parcel, which will include:

① Your new item
② A Replacement Return CN slip
③ An empty flyer for return


🚚 What you’ll need to do when the new parcel arrives:

To return your old item, simply take it out and place it in the empty flyer we provided. Make sure to seal the package properly for safe transit. Then, paste the Replacement Return CN slip on the newly packed item. Once done, hand it over to the same rider who delivers your replacement.


💵 Exchange fee: PKR 550 only (payable via Cash on Delivery or Bank Transfer).

That’s it — no need to visit any courier office! Super easy, right?

Anticipated Timeline for Exchange Delivery: 

 

Our team typically processes exchange packages weekly, ensuring efficient handling of your request. Anticipate the arrival of your exchange parcel at your specified destination within a week's time. Exchange packages are also dealt with based on stock availability—

If the requested item is currently out of stock, we will either ask you to select an alternative or wait for the restock. In cases where the item is expected to be restocked within 7–10 days, we’ll hold your request and dispatch it once it becomes available. If the restocking takes longer, we’ll notify you and request a replacement choice accordingly.

 

Return Policy:

All products purchased from GROOVY® are eligible for exchanges within 7 days of purchase under the following conditions:

The item(s) is/are faulty, damaged, or defective upon delivery.

The item(s) do not match the original product specifications or differ from the purchased product.

If you wish to raise a dispute, please notify us within 3 days of delivery by reaching out to us at via Instagram (@groovy.attire).

 

At GROOVY®, we handle each dispute on a case-by-case basis and strive for fairness for all parties involved.

 

Please note that certain scenarios make it difficult for us to process returns and exchanges, including but not limited to the following: 

 

Exchange requests made outside the specified time frame.

Products damaged due to use.

Products that have been tampered with.

Size issues caused by customers.
